Plant Operator / Material Handler

Job Summary: The Plant Operator / Material Handler will be responsible for loading bulk trucks, filling package orders, and maintaining plant operations and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial environment with hands-on mechanical and technical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Load bulk trucks with liquid products using a bulk loading system, connecting hoses to tanker compartments, and pumping products as required. Fill package orders including totes, drums, and pails. Maintain plant cleanliness, ensuring all work areas are safe and organized. Perform light maintenance tasks such as PVC piping installation, hose replacement, and basic troubleshooting. Operate a forklift for material handling (training and BASF certification will be provided if required). Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with plant standards. Required Skills: Attention to detail. Reliability and flexibility in daily work activities. Basic math skills. Ability to enter and manage data using a tablet. Mechanical aptitude (preferred). Technical aptitude (preferred). Forklift experience (preferred). Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
