Job Title: Sales Director
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Status: Full-time (Hybrid model – 3 days in office)
Compensation: $225K – $320K OTE + equity options (compliance with related experience level)

Develop and implement sales strategies and playbooks for the mid‑market segment. Partner with executive leadership to establish sales territories, quotas, and compensation structures that drive optimal performance. Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Executives, establishing structured ramp‑up programs. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to early‑career sales professionals, fostering their development and growth. Manage and forecast a robust pipeline of deals, ensuring accurate reporting, predictable revenue generation, and maintenance of healthy pipeline coverage ratios (4‑5x quota). Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Represent Ketryx at industry conferences, customer advisory boards, and key prospect meetings to build market presence and strategic relationships. Required Skills
3+ years of demonstrated experience managing Sales Executives in the SaaS industry. 5+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Proven history of successfully managing a pipeline of deals from prospecting to close. Experience in hiring, onboarding, and effectively coaching early‑career individuals in a sales capacity.
