Administrative Assistant

Kelly is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to work at a respected company in Springfield, MO.

Pay: $16-17/hr.

Schedule: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Mon‑Thu; Friday leave early 2:30 pm or 3:00 pm. 30‑minute lunch break.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and answering phones to provide outstanding front desk service.
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
  • Calling on past‑due invoices and assisting with accounts payable tasks.
  • Entering and verifying deposits, printing service tickets, and maintaining worker’s compensation files.
  • Logging stock materials and maintaining tax‑exempt paperwork.
  • Supporting Margot with additional clerical projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Have great computer skills.
  • Are friendly, organized, and enjoy helping others.
  • Have previous experience with administrative or clerical tasks (preferred).
  • Are able to cross‑train quickly and efficiently.
  • Can work Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am‑2:30/3:00 pm, with a 30‑minute lunch break.
  • Are comfortable with business‑casual attire.
