Job Description

• Replace defective motherboards, hard drives, SSDs, memory, CPUs, power supplies, fans, batteries, keyboards, screens, and other components.
• Perform server hardware replacements including RAID controllers, power modules, and storage drives.
• Handle printer and peripheral hardware repairs (rollers, fusers, belts, etc.).
• Follow OEM and vendor guidelines for part replacement and handling.
• Maintain proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols.
• Document all replacements in the ticketing system.
• Work with vendor support for part validation and warranty claim.
