Key Responsibilities
This position serves as the administrative support for the Senior Director, Operational Directors, and Associate Directors of Rehabilitation Services across the Health System to provide fiscal management and to oversee and manage department financial activity. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for submitting travel and expense reports according to university policy and educating the department on fiscal standards and responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will serve on and develop materials for multiple Rehabilitation committees such as Clinical Ladder, Leadership Development, Professional Development, Policy, and CARF and will develop and maintain organizational charts for Rehabilitation Services via Microsoft Visio.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
