Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

As the Executive Assistant to the President, you’ll be the organizational heartbeat of our leadership team. Your precision, discretion, and proactive mindset will ensure the President’s time, meetings, and priorities run seamlessly. You’ll help turn ideas into action — supporting strategic projects, managing communication flow, and creating the structure that keeps everything on track.

This is a pivotal role for a highly organized professional who thrives in fast‑paced, people‑focused environments.

How you’ll make an impact on the team

  • Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, and priorities with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle communications, travel, and scheduling logistics smoothly and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain organized systems for digital and physical records.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and projects using Asana and other productivity tools.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking with accuracy.
  • Support executive and departmental meetings, events, and follow‑ups.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the President, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and initiative.
