Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor to add to our exceptional team of passionate and committed Food and Beverage champions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operational efforts and strategies of F&B outlets.
• Supervise culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation associates.
• Train F&B associates in job performance, service, cleaning, sanitation, and all other applicable areas.
• Assist in writing schedules, checking time punches, training, and evaluations.
• Takes immediate action on problems encountered in the outlets.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, and monthly F&B inventory.
• Ensure all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe, and expedited to all outlets efficiently.
• Passionate to help in all areas of food service and, as needed, in other areas of the hotel operation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have experience as a Food and Beverage supervisor within a full‑service resort, possess knowledge of food & beverage, leadership, guidance, training, service, costs, and sequence of service, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
