We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our apparel production operations. This full-time role involves coordinating production activities, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily production schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of apparel products.
• Support tracking of production progress and inventory management.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve production issues.
• Working with T&A Calendar, communicating with overseas vendors
• Support the Production Coordinator and report to the Production Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apparel production or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and production tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary range: $55-65k
