Job Overview The Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Oracle Fusion’s seamless Financial, Human Capital, and Supply Chain suite.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients, including implementation support, process design and project reviews.
Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities for functions such as:
HCM Core
Absence
Benefits
Compensation
Performance and Talent
Recruiting
Time Tracking
Learning
Interactions with Payroll and Finance
Develop and execute unit and system test plans.
Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring.
Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions.
Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ERP HCM implementation required.
Healthcare experience required.
Minimum of two full life cycle implementations with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Specialized Certifications (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Performance & Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll, etc.).
Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
Experience with Oracle Fusion integration processes and Best Practices.
Proficient with office productivity software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable.
Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
