Senior Project Manager – Success Delivery
Calix provides cloud, software platforms, and services for communications service providers. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery projects on the Success Delivery Team. Responsibilities
Strategically lead all phases of Success Delivery projects, aligning with organizational objectives and customer expectations. Proactively communicate and coordinate with all project stakeholders, fostering transparency and timely status updates. Develop, analyze, and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced planning tools. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Calix engineering teams, ensuring technical requirements are clearly understood. Provide guidance to project teams, including third‑party contractors, to ensure consistent delivery standards. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions promptly. Prepare and present project status reports tailored to diverse audiences. Identify, assess, and mitigate project‑level risks with robust risk management practices. Lead change management initiatives with vendors and customers, maintaining stakeholder buy‑in. Track and analyze project financials to maximize profitability. Champion customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements. Own all project exceptions, escalations, and conflict resolutions, demonstrating superior problem‑solving skills. Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in enterprise software and hardware implementation. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and change‑management skills. Demonstrated success in previous positions and excellent critical‑thinking abilities. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Experience working with Communication Service Providers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint). Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels. Nice‑to‑Have
PMP certification. Calix product knowledge. Knowledge in SaaS, IP, ATM, TDM internetworking or transmission. Proven expertise in organizational change management with certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP). Location
Remote‑based position located in the United States or Canada; Eastern time zone preferred. Compensation
Pay range varies by location: San Francisco Bay Area: 126,500 – 189,800 USD Annual. Other U.S. metros and states: 110,000 – 165,000 USD Annual. Other U.S. locations: 99,000 – 148,500 USD Annual. Benefits
