Overview Our client, a high-growth

SaaS platform company backed by a leading private equity firm , is seeking a

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

to join the executive leadership team. The CHRO will play a critical role in building a scalable people infrastructure to support the company’s rapid expansion, strategic acquisitions, and evolving organizational needs.

This is a highly visible and strategic position responsible for aligning human capital initiatives with business goals, strengthening culture, and driving performance across a technology-driven, entrepreneurial organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner to the CEO & PE Sponsor:

Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, advising on organizational design, talent strategy, and change management to support aggressive growth and value creation goals.

Talent Strategy & Development:

Build and lead high-impact recruiting, performance management, and leadership development programs to attract, retain, and upskill top talent in a competitive SaaS environment.

M&A Integration:

Lead the people and culture workstreams during acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration of teams, systems, and compensation structures.

Culture & Engagement:

Foster a dynamic, mission-driven culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement across remote and hybrid teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

Design scalable and competitive total rewards programs, including base compensation, incentive plans, and equity participation aligned with company performance.

HR Infrastructure:

Develop modern HR systems and analytics to support growth, compliance, and decision-making across the enterprise.

Change & Organizational Effectiveness:

Guide the company through organizational transformation as it scales, ensuring alignment between people, process, and technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a

CHRO, VP of HR, or Head of People

capacity in a

SaaS or technology-driven organization .

Proven experience supporting

private equity–backed

or

high-growth, acquisition-oriented environments .

Strong track record in

building HR infrastructure , scaling organizations from ~100 to 500+ employees, and leading culture transformation.

Deep understanding of compensation design, performance management, and leadership development in fast-paced environments.

Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Compensation Competitive base salary plus annual bonus and long-term equity participation.
