Compensation

Pay package based on 10 hour shifts, subject to confirmation. (Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.)

$600 travel bonus on Day 1 with health insurance from United Healthcare.

Guaranteed stipend if facility calls off.

Extra hourly bonus for working over contracted hours.

Day 1 PTO accrual, can be used during contract or cashed out at end.
