Maintenance Engineer - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose
Join the iconic DoubleTree San Jose property as a Maintenance Engineer. Located just 10 minutes from downtown San Jose and 5 minutes from the International Airport, the hotel boasts 505 guest rooms and over 56,000 square feet of event space with 31 meeting rooms.
Wage US$63.04 per hour
Schedule Open availability required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overnight availability preferred.
Responsibilities
Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non‑functioning machinery and/or equipment.
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work, and masonry.
Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
