Finance is infused into every aspect of our multibillion‑dollar global organization. As part of our finance team, you will collect and analyze intelligent information and data to empower informed decision‑making across Mondelēz International.
Key Responsibilities
Support month‑end process, including understanding and analyzing drivers of the full P&L and partnering with cross‑functional finance teams for insights.
Co‑lead the monthly forecasting process, with involvement in the EBP demand planning process, and support data management and analysis on forward‑looking P&L impacts.
Drive profitability and forecast accuracy.
Track key ‘game‑changing’ initiatives to ensure rapid progress against milestones and financial targets.
Perform insightful analysis around EVA (pricing, mix, PNOC, cost rate) with clear linkage to the P&L.
Profile
Quickly understand the fundamentals of what drives the business, identify opportunities to add value and accelerate brand growth.
Highly motivated, energetic, pragmatic, with the ability to roll up sleeves, take responsibility for initiatives and produce results.
Ability to work at a fast pace, deal with ambiguity, make decisions from limited information, and self‑start.
Strategic player with strong analytical skills, experienced in pricing, business model decisions, problem analysis, and resolution.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to influence the organization.
Demonstrated financial, operational and business acumen; strong achievement orientation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
At least 4 years of finance management experience required.
Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
Experience with business model decisions, problem analysis and resolution.
Strong technical skills in Excel, BI and other reporting tools.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
Outstanding leadership skills and ability to manage teams collaboratively.
Strong influencing and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $95,100 to $130,800, depending on experience, skills, education and budget. Eligible for a competitive bonus program with overachievement potential.
