Interior Designer
with 7 or more years in high-end residential and/or boutique commercial interiors. You’ll partner closely with Stephanie and our project manager to lead projects from concept through installation, owning presentations, documentation, selections, and client communication, while the PM team supports procurement and installers. Key Responsibilities
Lead scope from concept DD CDs install across multiple projects Build presentations and story-rich materials palettes aligned with client goals Produce/oversee plans, elevations, details, and FF&E specifications Coordinate with builders, architects, trades, and vendors; attend site meetings Manage budgets, schedules, and milestones with rigor and clarity Present confidently; handle feedback and value-engineer smartly Mentor juniors; contribute to standards, libraries, and studio initiatives Collaborate with the brand team on select boards, lookbooks, and case studies Qualifications
7 or more years in interior design with a strong portfolio of custom work Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; InDesign required (Illustrator/Photoshop a plus) Clear construction docs FF&E spec experience Polished client communication and meeting leadership Strong organization, pace, and follow-through in a boutique studio Degree in Interior Design (or related) preferred Familiarity with Houzz Pro and/or Studio Designer is a plus Local to Baltimore/DMV; comfortable with hybrid office site visits Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, W-2 position Base Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 based on experience, plus potential performance bonus PTO, hybrid flexibility, professional development support Why SB Creative
