Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Analyst Responsibilities

Troubleshoot assigned ERP modules and related system functional workflow and business rules as identified by their operational business partners

Enter data, load files, run reports from ERP system; verify and maintain functional business rules

Develop and maintain ERP module Quick Reference Guides

Train users on the development and use of Smartview and OTBI reports

Establish, maintain, and document procedures to ensure ERP scheduled jobs and processes are executed and perform as intended, including daily resolution of transaction console errors

Perform research and evaluate current functions to develop efficient processes and ensure compliance to established standards

Collaborate with developers and project team to ensure optimal transition of user requirements to project specifications

Maintain Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) System in accordance with established standards

Perform User Acceptance Testing for system directed upgrades and enhancement projects

Report to the ERP Functional Manager with matrixed reporting to assigned functional areas

After-hours work is required to support vendor ERP and related application updates or upgrades

Additional responsibilities require input and achieving assigned project timelines

Qualifications

Five years of experience working in an Oracle ERP functional support role

1 or more years of experience working with the Oracle Cloud

Experience creating Oracle Cloud OTBI reports

Working knowledge of key business processes and standard work

Strong customer service skills

Strong troubleshooting skills

Strong intrapersonal skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Availability to work after-hours as needed

Preferred Experience

Act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for the full suite of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning

Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with best practices

Perform system configurations, setups, and maintenance across HCM modules to support business process changes, organizational restructuring, and ongoing enhancements

Lead and support full-cycle HCM implementations and upgrades, including system design, functional documentation, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and production deployment

Develop and manage HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports to support HR analytics, compliance, and audit requirements

Utilize Fast Formulas to customize calculations for payroll, benefits, absence, and eligibility rules, ensuring compliance with business logic and statutory regulations

Support mass data updates and conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader, ensuring data accuracy and proper validation across HCM objects

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, collaborating with Oracle Support, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution

Provide day-to-day support for HCM users, including incident management, user access, workflow troubleshooting, and data corrections

Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and HCM functionality

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
