Main Responsibilities

As Product owner you own the vision behind the product’s contracting and offer development for Japan. Delivering the product that addresses customer needs and contributes to the goals of the organization. Core Responsibilities

Close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand the current pain points and gaps in contracting and offer development processes and partner with IT to select the right technology product for resolution Gather customer requirements to map the product vision and scope Translate the product vision into product backlog Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver the right value at the right time Lead the Japan P&C Agile Pod to ensure the Agile pod focuses on what truly drives business impact — balancing stakeholder needs, strategic goals, and user insights. Manage the end-to-end product life cycle (transformation, grow, run) Must Haves

Minimum 6 years of experience with leading end-to-end program/project execution Experience in multinational/international companies Experience with technical product launches Skill / Knowledge

Fluent in Japanese and English Strong problem-solving skills Competency

Effective communicator with both business and technical stakeholders Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Education

Bachelor’s degree or above Nice to Haves

Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Understand the basics of Lean Six Sigma methodologies Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities Having any certificates within Agile and project management is a plus (PMP, certified product owner, certified scrum master, lean six sigma green belt etc.) Working Style

This role requires commuting to the office approximately two to three a week. Benefits
