Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, for a Director of Sales and Marketing for a brand new luxury property. The Director will oversee and manage sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, build client relationships, and increase brand awareness. Key responsibilities include analyzing market data, developing promotional campaigns, leading the sales team, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the success of advertising and digital initiatives. The role also involves collaborating closely with operations and revenue management teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Contract Negotiation, Client Relationship Management
Experience in Market Analysis, Promotional Campaigns, and Brand Positioning
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Platforms, and Content Creation
Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development abilities
Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or related sector preferred
