Summary The MIL Corporation seeks a

Configuration Management Analyst

to support a Federal Government client in Charleston, SC. The role requires knowledge of configuration management principles, change control processes, and lifecycle documentation to ensure the integrity and consistency of system configurations across development and operational environments. The position requires a 100% onsite schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide support for the development, testing, and implementation of software applications.

Support the release and deployment process by ensuring software versions and documentation are properly tracked and approved.

Review software builds and deployments to verify alignment with configuration baselines and version control standards.

Guide users through the software development lifecycle process using configuration management tools.

Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of configuration management plans, processes, and procedures.

Participate in audit activities to verify compliance with configuration management policies and standards.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of related experience.

Experience with SAFe Agile Framework and knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Experience in product management best practices.

Strong communication skills for relaying information across multiple organizations and teams in a timely manner.

Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications

Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Git, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

CAPM or PMP certifications.

Experience with cloud platforms and DevSecOps environments.

Education BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.

Clearance Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Compensation Projected total compensation range is $59,334 – $89,000 per year. Final salary is determined based on experience, education, and contractual factors.
