Responsibilities

Develop proposals, prepare bids, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.

Manage complex sales processes involving many stakeholders at the client side and internally, covering technical, economic, logistical and financial aspects in creating a proposal.

Handle diverse clients in the region and manage large and medium‑sized sales.

Preside over country‑level or large territory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred).

Have 3+ years of experience in a technical/commercial/risk role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas sectors.

Be a self‑starter with high motivation level and strong leadership skills.

Be able to define and lead changes, posses an innovative process mindset, and have a proven track record of business impact.

Have proven negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Have excellent customer service mindset.

Be able to delegate and energise teams through inclusiveness and connection with people.

Have excellent presentation, communication and team‑building skills.

Have excellent commercial skills developed through negotiation experience and knowledge of customer financial drivers.

Have excellent commercial background in maintenance services contracts.

Be available to travel for business purposes worldwide.
