Responsibilities
Partners with copywriter to ensure that both copy and visuals are in perfect sync to make the concept as powerful and compelling as possible
Concepts and develops campaigns for multiple projects at once – able to take over another’s idea and help execute if needed
Oversee and attend photo and video shoots, including pre‑production planning and post‑production follow‑up
Designs comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts and final deliverables
Present creative work and ideas in internal and client meetings
Thinks strategically and performs research when needed during the concepting phase of projects
Compensation & Opportunity
Day Rate:
$350–$500/day (depending on experience)

Qualifications
NYC Based: Hybrid 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
1+ years experience at a creative agency
Confident leading creative projects independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
Highly organized and detail oriented
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Workspace, and Frame.io
Nimble and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Team player who is filled with enthusiasm to work hard and offer fresh ideas and a new way of thinking to our clients
