Join our leadership team as Marketing Manager, driving hands‑on marketing execution across our portfolio of hotel and celebrity brands. You’ll touch everything—Amazon FBA optimization, SEO, affiliate marketing, landing page development, social media demand generation, content creation, and paid advertising.> Work across high‑profile celebrity partnerships (John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, Dwyane Wade) and major hotel brands. This role offers incredible variety: managing Amazon marketplace presence, building affiliate programs (TikTok Shop, creators), creating landing pages, optimizing for AI‑driven search, executing multi‑channel campaigns, and driving organic growth through SEO and social. This is perfect for a tactical marketing executor who thrives on directly managing diverse channels—not someone who delegates to agencies. You’ll optimize Amazon listings, build landing pages, manage affiliate relationships, create content, and execute revenue‑driving campaigns across premium brands, clear growth potential to build and lead a marketing team. Responsibilities Key Tasks

Optimize Amazon FBA listings (product content, images, A+ content, advertising) and manage Seller Central operations Develop and execute SEO strategy and AI‑driven search optimization (AIEO) for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI‑powered search Build and manage affiliate marketing programs including TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and creator partnerships Design and build high‑converting landing pages for campaigns, brand launches, and product promotions with A/B testing Execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid advertising, social) and manage customer journey automation Drive organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook with influencer partnerships and social commerce Create marketing content and copy across all channels (product descriptions, SEO content, social posts, campaigns) Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and track performance with data‑driven optimization Coordinate product launches across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces Maintain brand consistency across all channels while collaborating with celebrity and hotel brand partners AI‑First Organization

4-7+ years hands‑on D2C or e-commerce marketing experience with proven results across multiple channels Amazon & Marketplaces:

Deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, listing optimization, and advertising (required) SEO & Search:

Proven ability driving organic traffic through modern SEO and AI‑driven search strategies Affiliate Marketing:

Experience building or managing affiliate programs and creator partnerships Social Commerce:

Understanding of TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and social‑driven sales Paid Advertising:

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads management Strong tactical execution background—not just strategy or delegation Entrepreneurial mindset with experience bootstrapping growth and maximizing limited resources Technical & Creative Skills

Landing page design and development (HTML/CSS helpful but not required) Strong content creation and copywriting across formats Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing expertise Email marketing platforms and campaign automation CMS and website management Social media management and content creation tools AI & Technology

Passion for AI:

Actively experimenting with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for marketing, content creation, and optimization beyond trivial use cases Comfortable with marketing technology stack, automation tools, and analytics platforms Personal Qualities
