Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
An Instructor Scheduling Agent is responsible for assigning and coordinating daily and next-day lesson assignments, scheduling, and activities for ski instructors.
Responsibilities
Give ski instructors all guest lesson information and enter it into the system
Monitor inventory for current day and next day assignments and follow up with instructors and guest requests
Communicate and work with the reservations and sales departments regarding all ski lesson requests and unassigned lessons
Support the on-snow supervisors with their specific ski programs, and assist them with questions and reports, operating a two-way radio device
Handle instructor phone calls regarding lesson information and questions
Clean and stock stations at daily scheduling desk and staging area
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age
Available seven days a week, typically working four days at 8-10 hours per day
