Lavu Inc.
About Lavu, Inc.
Lavu helps profitable high‑growth restaurants run seamlessly and move money effortlessly—maximizing control, eliminating fees, and increasing profitability. We unify restaurant operations and finance into one simple, easy‑to‑use platform so owners can run, pay, get paid, and grow. We’re transforming how restaurants operate with our mobile/cloud POS across fine dining, QSR, bars, cafes, pizzerias, and food trucks in 80+ countries. Our mission is to partner with owners through knowledge, solutions, and expertise that accelerate growth while advancing the industry.
Role Overview As an Outbound Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Lavu in your local market—identifying, prospecting, and closing new SMB customers. You’ll visit restaurants, build relationships with owners and decision‑makers, and help them realize how Lavu can save time, increase profit margins, and simplify daily operations. This hands‑on, field‑based sales role requires creativity, hustle, and genuine care for local businesses. You’ll use Lavu’s outbound tools, AI‑driven insights, and marketing resources to build pipeline and exceed monthly sales goals.

– Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points in payments, POS, labor management, and online ordering. Present customized Lavu solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Provide live or virtual product demos focused on operational and financial benefits.
Pipeline Management
– Maintain an accurate, organized pipeline in CRM (HubSpot). Manage each deal through the full sales cycle—first contact to close—and track daily metrics such as calls, meetings, demos, and deals won.
Collaboration & Feedback
– Partner with marketing and customer success teams for smooth handoffs and high satisfaction. Share real‑world feedback to improve messaging, onboarding, and product development.
Market Awareness
– Stay informed about restaurant trends, local competitors, and technology shifts. Position Lavu as the modern, forward‑thinking choice for independent operators.
