What You'll Do
Ensure the effective operation of plant machinery by executing preventive maintenance tasks, including adjustments on motors, conveyors, control systems, and various production machines.
Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of problems through observation and systematic analysis.
Program, set up, and fine‑tune CNC machine control systems and human–machine interfaces (HMIs).
Conduct repairs on high‑voltage systems (480V, 220V, 120V) and low‑voltage circuits, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic components.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for preventive maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and repair records.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment modifications and enhancements.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior maintenance staff, fostering skill development.
Maintain an organized inventory of replacement parts and tools to ensure prompt repairs.
Uphold rigorous adherence to all safety standards and protocols, actively participating in safety training.
Follow established written specifications, procedures, and drawings to execute tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance mechanics, focusing on CNC machinery.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G‑code, M‑code) and various control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proven ability to interpret complex diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies related to PLC and electrical systems.
Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
Strong mechanical skills and dexterity.
A commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in CNC machine maintenance or programming.
Familiarity with predictive maintenance methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 advancements and data‑driven maintenance approaches.
Experience with documentation processes for maintenance procedures and product equipment.
Ability to read and understand detailed instructions and specifications.
Experience with various welding techniques (TIG, MIG) is a plus.
