We're excited to welcome an Inventory Coordinator to our growing onsite team in Austin, TX! In this role, you'll be at the center of managing Bloom's product inventory for our influencer, partnerships, and events teams, making sure the right products are always in stock, organized, and ready to ship. You'll coordinate requests, track shipments, and work closely with our third party logistics partner to keep things running smoothly. Inventory & Fulfillment

Manage day-to-day product requests from influencer, gifting, partnerships, and events teams. Own the full process with ShipBob – coordinating product pulls from the warehouse, submitting requests, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues. Track available stock for all marketing-related launch pushes, products and kits. Coordinate with ShipBob to ensure timely fulfillment and troubleshoot shipping or delivery issues. Prepare and send product shipments to influencers, partners, and event locations as needed. Maintain clear records of what was sent, when, and to whom with consistent tracking notifications to key stakeholders. Coordination & Communication

Liaise between marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to confirm stock levels and shipment timelines. Coordinate with Beverage, Brand, and Project Management teams during campaign kickoffs to ensure all channels are fully stocked ahead of launches. Flag potential out-of-stock items and work with supply chain on replenishment needs. Keep internal trackers and shared sheets up to date with product and shipment details. Develop and manage clear product order SOPs, including standardized order templates, tracking processes and comms. Organization & Reporting

Maintain organized product storage areas in the office. Update internal logs and dashboards with shipment data and tracking information. Assist with light administrative tasks (PO creation, vendor communication, etc.). Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or marketing coordination (internships welcome). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). Excellent communication and follow-through. Experience working with a 3PL (ShipBob preferred) a plus. Excited to work in-person with a fast-paced, creative team. Benefits
