Service Advisor
who delivers transparent communication, excellent customer care, and performance-driven results.
At Fury, you’re not just managing service orders — you’re helping customers protect their investment, maintain safety, and feel confident about every mile ahead.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist service customers with professionalism and warmth
Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and recommended services
Review multi-point inspections and clearly communicate findings to customers
Coordinate repair orders with technicians, parts, and warranty teams for efficiency
Provide timely updates, secure approvals, and review invoices upon delivery
Recommend maintenance and repair services that meet
Ford OEM standards
Consistently meet or exceed departmental goals for
CSI, HPRO, and ELR
What We’re Looking For
Previous
Service Advisor or Service Writer
experience (1–3+ years preferred)
Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, or Dealertrack)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Solid automotive knowledge and the ability to translate technical details clearly
A team-first attitude with a professional and dependable work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
