About The Role We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel AiFA Labs’ growth by identifying and engaging high‑potential enterprise prospects.
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in building the sales pipeline by conducting research, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for our enterprise solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with the VP of Global Sales and Account Executives (AEs) to create meaningful outreach strategies that open doors with decision‑makers in IT, SAP COE, and digital transformation functions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and outreach to identify and engage prospective customers across target industries.
Run multi‑channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, and social outreach) to generate interest and build pipeline.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with AiFA Labs’ target customer profiles.
Schedule and coordinate introductory and discovery meetings for the Sales team.
Support AEs by maintaining clean, accurate data in HubSpot or other CRM systems.
Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation tactics.
Continuously learn about AiFA Labs’ products, market trends, and customer pain points to improve outreach effectiveness.
Track outreach metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline progress.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and curious about technology and AI‑driven solutions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Sales and Marketing teams.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Resilient, organized, and driven by results — you thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Bonus Points
Experience prospecting or selling into SAP ecosystems or enterprise IT teams.
Exposure to AI, ML, Automation, or Digital Transformation products.
