ASSOCIATE DENTIST (Full-Time) – Greensboro, NC

We are searching for an independent full-time associate dentist with a phenomenal chairside manner and a warm personable attitude who is a superior team player.
We are a dynamic and modernized private dental practice that prioritizes both our patients and staff. You will work alongside a group of passionate and experienced dental professionals committed to providing top‑notch care and exceptional customer service. No patient collections or marketing required.
Continuing Education – multiple events per year
New Technology – Trios, on‑site lab, 3D printing, digital sensors, intraoral cameras
Changing the lives of our patients through renewed smiles and positive dental health
Your Role:
Build trust and rapport with patients
Pursue lifelong clinical and practice management learning/education
Utilize modern technology to provide clinically excellent dentistry
Your Experience and Qualities:
Capability to work independently
DDS/DMD from an accredited school of dentistry
A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity
A hunger to fit into a positive team environment and culture
Dedication, desire, reliability
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $200,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday – Thursday | 8am – 5pm
No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
Commission pay
