Responsibilities
Travel to hospital and surgical facilities to maintain, troubleshoot, service, and provide calibration and installation support for sterilizers, washers, ultrasonic, and related equipment.
Build positive relationships and enhance the Auxo brand across the customer base.
Perform complex problem-solving in a fast-paced environment while working independently or as part of a team.
Adapt seamlessly to changing priorities and work flexible hours, including outside normal business hours.
Qualifications
Associates Degree in electronics, mechanics, or similar discipline or technical training certification in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance.
High school diploma with 3 years of experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, industrial maintenance or similar field service repair and maintenance.
Strong technical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and utilize schematics, diagrams and technical manuals.
Experience using a computer tablet and/or PC; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.
Superior customer relations skills.
Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation.
Capacity to work in a hospital/ambulatory setting requiring sterile uniform use.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and travel up to a 150‑mile radius.
Bonus Points
Experience maintaining or repairing Steris, Getinge, Belimed or similar medical equipment.
Background in steam fitting.
Commercial plumbing, HVAC or electrical apprenticeship experience.

Physical Working Conditions Position requires lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, squatting, sitting, standing and twisting. Ability to spend extended amounts of time in a vehicle, travel within a 150‑mile radius from the home office daily. Trainees will assist experienced technicians at customer sites that include hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, surgery‑centers, pharmaceutical production facilities, universities and research centers. Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate customer needs.
