Wellness Director (LVN)- Senior Living Community - Burleson, TX Mustang Creek Estates of Burleson is looking for a ROCKSTAR Wellness Director. The Wellness Director is responsible for recruiting, training, and oversight of the non-certified care staff. In addition, responsible for the quality of delivered services and the management of the health and well‑being of the residents in Burleson, TX.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping drive the culture of the campus and the commitment to quality care. Previous experience in a similar role is required to be successful in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Regular attendance of stand‑up meetings
Hiring, supervising, and training Resident Assistants
Daily review of Electronic Medication Records (EMAR) and ensure that dashboards remain clear
Create and distribute out‑of‑med reports for the campus
Care coordination for residents of the community
Daily review of an electronic record of care (POC) for the campus. Distribute unconfirmed tasks and reconcile for the Executive Director and House Supervisor.
Weekly new resident check‑in. This includes seeing the resident, ensuring that POC is up and running and all medications are accurate and stocked
New Resident audit within 7 days of the physical move‑in
Provide support for the Executive Director regarding at‑risk care services for residents
Create and distribute as‑risk reports for care services on the campus every week
Conduct TB Tests for new Team Members and/or Residents
Monthly resident change of condition assessments and update POC based on the residents' needs
Annual Resident Assessments, POC, and updated Service Plans
Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure the achievement of the highest quality of care for our seniors
Clinical quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Follows all applicable Mustang Creek Estates community, state, and federal rules and regulations
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Must possess and maintain a valid Texas state nursing license (LVN or RN)
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably have an Assisted Living/Memory Care background
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Good organizational skills and time management
Strong computer skills (Preferred Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Eldermark)
Must have a valid Texas Drivers’ License and ability to maintain state insurance coverage
Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on hospitality
Ability to act in a resident’s best interest
Ability to act and supervise in a professional and courteous manner
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow MCE policies and procedures
Ability to attain Mustang Creek Estates Team Member Characteristics
Patience - Joy in Service - Team Oriented - Responsible - Flexible
