What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments Provide high-quality individual therapy Develop and implement effective treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records
What Your Qualifications Should Be
Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field For unlicensed therapists: meet the requirements for a Clinical Trainee and actively pursue licensure in Minnesota
