Hours: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 12:00am; Friday 5:00pm - 1:00am; Saturday & Sunday Off
Salary commiserate with years of licensed or BOC experience starting at $56,326.40 for 0 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver workstrategies prevention services. Prevention services include, but are not limited to:
Work Strategies Onsite Program
Advanced early symptom intervention
New Hire training
Return to work
Movement assessments
Preventative exercise prescription
Body mechanics/behavior audits
Wellness coaching
Workrisk, Worktask, Workstation Analysis
Worksite Education program
Prepare and complete appropriate documentation for services listed above
Facilitate regular communication with clients for the purpose of assisting with relationship development and program review
Assist in addressing client concerns
Participate in continuing education and job training programs
Maintains regular and reliable attendance
Qualifications
State of TX Athletic Trainer license required
BS Degree Required
Minimum of two years of clinical experience
BOC certified is preferred but not required
Industrial setting experience is a plus!
