We are seeking a
Systems Administrator (Client Support Engineer)
to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on support across diverse client environments, managing desktops, servers, networks, and cloud systems. You’ll be a trusted resource for our clients, ensuring their systems stay stable, secure, and efficient while delivering an exceptional support experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide end‑to‑end technical support for clients across servers, desktops, and networking systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking infrastructure
Configure, administer, and monitor Windows Server (2016–2022) environments
Support LAN/WAN and wireless networking, including switches, access points, and VPNs
Manage and maintain security and backup tools including firewalls, antivirus, and BDR platforms
Document technical procedures, configurations, and client environments for accuracy and efficiency
Communicate clearly with clients, explaining technical concepts in approachable terms
Collaborate closely with peers and senior engineers on escalations and project support
What You Bring
A minimum of 1 year working for a Managed Service Provider
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2016–2022
Experience supporting firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco, Fortinet) and VPNs
Familiarity with virtualization, cloud tools, and data backup technologies
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Customer‑service mindset with a proactive and patient approach to problem‑solving
