Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial collection litigation and bankruptcy cases across California courts.
Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
Manage complex bankruptcy and creditor-related litigation matters.
Provide strategic legal counsel and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Collaborate with partners and associates on large-scale disputes and high-value recovery matters.
Negotiate settlements and conduct hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial collection litigation and bankruptcy law.
Proven history of successful case outcomes and client representation.
Licensed to practice law in California (in good standing).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle a substantial caseload while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
