Mental Health Therapist - Evenings or Weekends As an Evenings and Weekends Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, now part of Nystrom & Associates, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings range from $24,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model, full-time or part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate. Required Skills/Abilities
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc. Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments Responsibilities Include
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic setting Build, grow, and maintain caseload to meet weekly billable expectations; full-time: 25 sessions, part-time: 10-24 sessions Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Ellie was founded by clinicians to destigmatize mental health and remove barriers in local communities. This role leverages in-person and telehealth care, offering a hybrid schedule with team collaboration in the clinic and some work from home. Ellie prioritizes clinician experience with compensation, benefits, training, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEUs, and an inclusive environment. Telehealth may be provided, but regular office commuting is required.
