From civil engineering, electrical, mechanical, and process engineering, Kleinfelder’s collaborative Design Services create synergy across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities The successful candidate is expected to perform engineering tasks in the transportation and highway engineering field through application of relevant design criteria, standards and processes. The candidate will be expected to work on multiple design projects and assist in the preparation of engineering documents for advertisement and construction cost estimates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from ABET accredited engineering program.
0-3 years of design experience in the highway transportation field. Relevant internship experience or college coursework will be considered.
EIT Certification is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer desired.
Experience with project delivery of State Agency Transportation Departments.
Role Details This is an in-office position located at our
Hunt Valley, MD
office.

Kleinfelder offers excellent compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
Salary range: $27.64 per hour - $38.20 per hour.
