Optomi is seeking experienced IEX/EEM Developers to support a major workforce management initiative for a global enterprise client in the hospitality industry. This project focuses on enhancing and deploying the NICE IEX and Employee Engagement Manager (EEM) platforms to streamline scheduling, forecasting, and employee engagement operations. You’ll be part of a team modernizing workforce management systems used across large-scale contact centers. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and enhance the NICE IEX forecasting and scheduling platform based on business requirements.
Deploy and implement NICE Employee Engagement Manager (EEM) to automate schedule adjustments and time‑off workflows.
Collaborate with workforce management and IT teams to eliminate manual spreadsheet processes by enabling in‑platform data automation.
Support data integration between CXone telephony and NICE platforms to streamline real‑time forecasting.
Optimize existing NICE configurations for performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
Document technical configurations and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
Partner with project leadership and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) configuration and implementation.
Hands‑on expertise with NICE IEX (WFM) and NICE EEM (Employee Engagement Manager) platforms.
Strong understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and employee engagement automation within enterprise contact centers.
Ability to configure, customize, and deploy NICE solutions based on client requirements.
Experience with CXone or similar telephony data integration for scheduling.
Professional NICE certification strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client collaboration skills.
