DENTAL HYGIENIST
Our boutique general dental practice, with an excellent reputation and solid loyal patient base, focuses on family and cosmetic dentistry. We are looking for an experienced dental hygienist with excellent clinical and people skills to join our team, 2-3 days / week.
Responsibilities As a registered dental hygienist, you will be working with our team to build lasting relationships with patients through excellent patient care. You will be expected to provide the full range of dental hygiene services in a time-efficient manner, including but not limited to prophylaxis, polishing, SRP, periodontal laser therapy, screening for oral health issues, taking FMX and bitewing x-rays, and otherwise helping the practice to run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Qualifications
Current registered dental hygienist (RDH) license
Excellent clinical skills, including local anesthesia techniques.
Minimum two years experience as a registered dental hygienist
Digital X-rays and intraoral camera proficiency
Friendly “people person” with a good attitude, respectful of both patients and co-workers
Impeccable attendance
Open Dental and DEXIS experience a plus
