Job Description Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a self-contained special education program serving elementary students with low-incidence and profound disabilities. About the Role: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify individual student needs and determine effective intervention strategies. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that include measurable communication goals tailored to each learner. Deliver therapy through individual and small-group sessions focused on expressive and receptive language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic communication skills. Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, occupational and physical therapists, and related service providers to ensure consistent, effective communication support across all settings. Provide training and guidance to staff on using AAC devices, visual supports, and other communication systems to enhance classroom engagement. Maintain detailed documentation, collect and analyze data, and ensure compliance with district and state requirements. Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement or eligibility. Experience with students who have multiple or profound disabilities is preferred.

Job Description We’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a self-contained special education program serving those with low-incidence and profound disabilities. This full-time position focuses on helping students develop essential communication and language skills in a structured, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do: Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers. Support communication through AAC devices, visuals, and other assistive tools. Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver evidence-based interventions. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings and team planning. Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy for a caseload of 25–30 students.

Requirements Must hold an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) and an active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license. Master’s degree in-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred but not mandatory.
