You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards, ensure safety processes are observed, and ensure quality assurance activities are performed. Schedule flexibility required; able to work any shift and overtime or planned/unplanned outages. Pay Rate
The hourly range for this position is $25.96/hr based on relevant experience plus shift differential. Benefits begin 1st of the month following 60 days of employment including medical, dental, vision and wellness program. Union Role
The electrician plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems with the bakery. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems, which are vital for production processes. The electrician will troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of machinery. Additionally, they will adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, the success of this role contributes to the overall productivity and reliability of bakery’s operations. Job Duties
Install and maintain wiring, panels, motors, and control systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, replacing faulty components as needed Program, troubleshoot, and maintain AC Motors, 480 V MCC, PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs Maintain accurate maintenance records using SAP and ensure compliance with NFPA 70B and 70E, OSHA, and industry standards Follow all safety protocols and coach team members in safe electrical practices Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience Industrial Maintenance experience Ability to work well in a team-based environment with limited supervision Ability to problem‑solve and provide practical solutions English (required) Apprenticeship experience or at least 2–4 years manufacturing experience as a hands‑on electrician Knowledge of TPM and SAP Experience installing and maintaining motors, motor‑control circuits, VFD drives, and 480 V power distribution Experience with high‑speed packaging lines and production equipment in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries Ability to learn and apply continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Business Unit Summary
