Position Summary The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to patients and their families, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team. The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and providing patient care and supportive services.
Assuring patient involvement in plan of care and minimizing length of hospitalization.
Engaging in staff engagement, patient experience, quality and safety, and cost‑effective care initiatives.
Minimum Education & Qualifications
2‑Year College Degree.
Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
Current Ohio license or interim permit.
Preferred: Experience in a relevant care setting.
Additional Information Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
