Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑time, 2nd/3rd Shift

Support residents’ physical and psychosocial well‑being. Create a comforting and engaging environment. Promote teamwork within the care team. Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams for coordinated care. Maintain respectful and positive work environment through excellent interpersonal communication. Requirements
Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficient medication management skills. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
