Clinical Outreach Coordinator – HCA HealthONE
Location: Englewood, CO
Job Summary As a Clinical Outreach Coordinator, you will coordinate outreach activities for key service lines at HCA HealthONE Swedish, including Trauma, Emergency Services, Neurosciences, Surgical Services, Cardiology, and Oncology. You will schedule site visits to rural communities, coordinate CME programs, represent SMC at conferences, cultivate physician relationships, and formulate business development strategies to grow the trauma service line.
Responsibilities
Coordinate outreach activities for key Trauma service line and other service lines.
Schedule and coordinate site visits to rural communities and CME programs.
Represent SMC at conferences and vendor sites.
Maintain relationships with physicians and transferring facilities.
ulate business development strategies to increase growth of the trauma service line.
Facilitate Access Center referral system and coordinate patient follow up.
Assist in coordination of educational activities related to trauma care.
Qualifications
Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse or active multistate nursing licensure.
BSN or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Clinical experience as an RN or Paramedic and previous marketing or sales experience preferred.
50% travel required.
Advanced Trauma Life Support Course Coordinator within 12 months of hire.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
