This is an Outpatient Therapist position at Ellie Mental Health, now part of Nystrom & Associates. This role leverages in-person and telehealth care, meeting clients where they are. It allows for a hybrid clinician schedule to collaborate with the team in the clinic and work from home. Ellie clinics are structured to support world-class mental health services, with centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, and client/therapist matching. There is an opportunity to provide telehealth services, but you need to be able to commute into the office on a regular basis. This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $24,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, full-time or part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate. Required Skills/Abilities
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc. Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in an outpatient clinic setting Active participation in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet weekly billable expectations; full-time: 25 sessions, part-time: 10-24 sessions Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to support community needs Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Ellie was founded by clinicians to destigmatize mental health and remove barriers in the field. This role supports a hybrid model balancing clinic presence and telehealth as appropriate.
