Overview

Mental Health Therapist - Evenings or Weekends at Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. (Ellie Mental Health). The position provides opportunities to offer therapy outside typical work and school hours. Responsibilities Include

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic settings Build, grow, and maintain caseload to meet weekly billable expectations (full-time: 25 sessions; part-time: 10–24 sessions) Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance access to care Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Qualifications

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc. Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments What We Offer

This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings range from $24,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model, full-time vs. part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate. Equal Opportunity
