The team emphasizes teaching the importance of a varied diet and has increased its farm‑to‑school presence through nutrition education and the foods served.

Current, valid Food Protection Manager Certificate (e.g., ServSafe or National Registry, both accredited by ANSI‑CFP)
Valid California driver’s license at the time of application
