Primary Purpose Provide personalized banking services ensuring the highest level of quality for current and prospective clients. Oversee Universal Bankers and Part‑Time Tellers, manage daily operations, and supervise a portion of branch workflow. Handle opening and processing of new accounts, maintain client relationships, assess needs, and recommend appropriate bank products and services. Provide onboarding and training, conduct quarterly Core Proficiency reviews, and process routine financial transactions accurately.
Compensation & Schedule Starting salary: $25.00 hourly / $48,750 annually.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday; varying; 37.5‑hour work week.
Experience & Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of client service experience in a banking or financial institution environment.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Prior teller experience required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Foster a relationship banking environment by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate bank products.
Open new business and personal accounts and maintain existing accounts per bank policies.
Provide personalized services to clients, expanding client relationships continuously.
Research and resolve client issues and inquiries to facilitate satisfaction and retention.
Supervise Universal Bankers and Tellers, ensuring efficient client service.
Review and maintain daily reports.
Partner with Management to complete monthly and quarterly audits.
Provide ongoing training and complete Core Proficiency reviews.
Manage cash differences, vault cash, and teller cash drawer limits.
Perform advanced teller duties, including complex transactions and discrepancy investigations.
Adhere to bank regulations, security procedures, and confidentiality policies.
Assist prospective borrowers with loan applications, closings, and account preparation.
Order and maintain vault cash, prove vault cash daily, and support armored truck service.
Prove daily journal transactions and club wire transfers within policy guidelines.
Reconcile ATM weekly and maintain equipment operation.
Provide notary services, signature guarantees, and supervisory overrides.
Other duties as assigned by Retail Bank management.

Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Strong basic math skills.
Working knowledge of banking software or quick learning ability.
Knowledge of bank products and services or quick learning ability.
