Consultant – People & Culture Community Coordinator (12 months, remote) Location: Geneva, Switzerland – Remote assignment.

Purpose of Assignment Maintain and develop the Global NatCom People & Culture Network to support Learning & Development activities for Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP).

Key Responsibilities

Support the Chief People & Culture and PFP by maintaining and developing the Global UNICEF NatCom People & Culture Network.

Facilitate networking, knowledge sharing and learning partnerships between PFP, NatComs and UNICEF regional PSFR offices on key People and Culture issues and initiatives.

Support the Global Private Sector Operations Community in the design, planning and facilitation of Global Operations Community events and initiatives.

Support the People & Culture Manager, L&D in the identification and prioritization of learning needs of the National Committees.

Design and deliver the Project Leadership training as a core course for PFP Corporate Partnerships’ Global Lead Account Managers (GLAM) Academy.

Support and develop the high quality and sustainability of PFP’s coaching offer to PFP, NatComs and UNICEF staff through delivery of Brain‑Based coaching and Development Planning coaching.

Provide tailored training for PFP, UNICEF and NatComs staff, including Development Planning, Project Management and Design Thinking.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or related field – OR a first‑level degree with an additional two years of relevant work experience.

Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible professional experience in human resource management or learning and development.

Demonstrated experience in coaching and training facilitation.

UN/UNICEF experience is an asset.

Fluency in English is required – Knowledge of another official UN language is an asset.
