Mental Health Therapist - Evenings or Weekends. Join Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. as an Evenings and Weekends Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, now part of Nystrom & Associates. This role increases accessibility to therapy for clients who need sessions outside of traditional work and school hours. Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic settings Actively build, grow, and maintain caseload to meet weekly billable expectations; full-time: 25 sessions, part-time: 10–24 sessions Deliver excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to support community access to mental health care Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Qualifications
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Clinical licensure or licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc. Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments Compensation and Benefits
